Schools & Workshops
SpectaculArts has proudly developed a comprehensive Black Heritage curriculum that goes beyond token gestures and includes diverse narratives, achievements and contributions. We have incorporated various teaching methods like interactive discussions, multimedia presentations and guest speakers from the local, national, international community to provide a well-rounded understanding of black heritage.
We offer workshops focusing on public speaking and effective communication as building confidence, can empower individuals to express themselves assertively. Practical exercises, role-playing and mentorship programs aid in honing presentation skills and fostering self-assurance.
Training sessions are tailored to navigating professional spaces covering topics such as workplace etiquette, assertiveness training, understanding office politics, and effective networking strategies. Simulated scenarios or case studies help prepare individuals for real-world situations. Providing mentorship programs, workshops on time management, study skills, and career readiness can ease the transition.
Sessions focusing on resume building, interview techniques, and workplace expectations aim to equip individuals for success. Educational seminars and discussions clarifying the intricacies of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) policies, along with critical analysis of existing race equality policies, can foster understanding. Logically, encouraging input from diverse voices can aid in tailoring policies to better address real-world challenges.
